Hnp L5 -s1 Treatment Help For L5-S1 Anterior HNP?

Help for L5-S1 anterior HNP? - hnp l5 -s1 treatment

I am currently a physical therapist treating a patient with a 1 cm from the state police in the L5-S1. I'm having problems prigressing this patient group. Ideas for treatment? Or is surgery 1cm .. for the measurement of hernia and is the best option? No insurance, the preferred treatment options for the recommendations of the surgery.

Previous national police? I think it is limited to bending, but what is your reaction to the repeated movements and what are the principles of treatment have been used? Can a predilection direcitonal? In addition, the symptoms are consistent with previous HNP? This should present a very different way than someone who is one side of the HNP. The pain is likely to exacerbate the central extension and flexion of repeated improvement, but must be ratified by a mechanical test.

Size of the rupture in the MRI is almost no correlation with the prognosis of therapy. Instead, the possibility of centralization of pain (though perhaps more relevant) in the following hernias, the constancy of the symptoms and the progression of symptoms distal correlates with the prognosis that the imageStudies show.

I would be delighted to address with you when you click on my profile and send me an e-mail

I am a resident in family medicine, so I do not much about the national police, but his article should help you. I know it can be very difficult to treat with caution, without surgery, but the improvement is not known.
