Army Dui Counseling I Got Charged With A DUI In Germany And I Am In The Army?

I got charged with a DUI in germany and i am in the army? - army dui counseling

Last night I had not calculated by the German police and a DUI. I'm in the army. My question is: do I reset an Article 15 because he was charged by the German, or be considered double jeopardy?

Non bis in idem. There is no such thing as the theory of two sovereigns, the two processes, if they violate the right of both governments. Even if you face jail, is to be by the AU, if accused of serving the sentence.

Can be calculated from both, I know someone put someone in the hospital for an accident during rush, and will serve his sentence after leaving the Army with an honorable discharge (with no possibility of the resumption of relations), it was a DUI, he put a lawyer and has a charge of driving with Wreckless and has never charged for the court were swallowed up because he was not a DUI

Double jeopardy does not apply here. You can put in both countries into account.
What folly to drive - especially in Germany - under the influence.
Their laws are very strict.I only applaud. And
thought that the people have always been a driver. Works great.

Yes, you can be sure of an Article 15, as others have said. I have seen many times before. , But others do not.

You need a good lawyer. You can get to a "simple negligence" too. You still lose your license for 6 months. If 11 is discharged maditory a loss for one year. And not restricted license. They do not care if you have a truck drivers are fed with 8 children.

You receive no DUI charge from the army, but they go to 15 for disobeying a direct order, etc. Yes, you are beaten on both systems.
