Turkey gel ceramic vessels and Gay tupperware stock. The containers are brittle and crack? I do not want to use my bags for storage.
PS I know, only fill 2 / 3 allowing for the expansion by freezing. Thank you!

A little trick I use is a set of rigid plastic containers to put in food and freeze until firm. Then remove the food and fold plastic wrap, and place it securely in a plastic bag or wrap in aluminum foil and labeled. In this way the container is released for other purposes, while the food in the freezer. You can also easily be stored if the container is larger than it should be.
It is completely safe and is one of the reasons for Tupperware. I do it all the time and are perfectly fine. You will not be brittle or cracked.
