How do i make my school uniform more stylish? - tartan socks

Looking for something Gossip Girl-esque. Our uniform is:
Green plaid, pleated skirt or black trousers (usually wear black jeans PPL)
White T-shirt or polo
Navy blue jacket or a sweatshirt or a sweater or a jacket, etc.
Blue tie
Socks and tights must be black or white - there are no patterns or bright colors exaggrated
Accessories should be minimal
The hair should not all the way down, as it should be somehow related.
As for the shoes without heels, and no bright colors
